Shipping costs

Our website will automatically calculate shipping charges before you submit any payment. In order for our website to calculate shipping charges you must provide your shipping address. Shipping costs are calucalted based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. Occassionaly we may have special shipping offers for some items, therefore the shipping costs might be different than what they normally are. We do not make profit from shipping fees. In fact, in many cases we subsidize the shipping cost.

Shipping method

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. 

All orders are shipped via "Registered / Recorded / Signed For" mail. A signature will be needed in order to receive the package. All orders have a tracking number so the package can be traced at your local post office.

Orders to Greece under 2kg usually take up to 3 days to arrive. Orders over 2kg might take up to 7 days. If you are ordering/paying Cash on Delivery, the post office will leave a notice for you to pick up the order. If you haven't received this notice within 5 days, please check with your local post office, as in some occassions, the notice might get lost or misplaced if you don't have a private mailbox.

Orders to Europe under 2kg usually take 5-7 days depending on the destination. Orders over 2kg might take up to 10 days.

Lost packages

The Post has proven very reliable in delivering orders quickly and at  a reasonable cost. Sometimes delivery might be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us. We can not consider claims for lost items if they are filed more than 14 days after shipment of order.
