A traditional style of meditation cushion, the zafu is a round cushion with pleated sides. It is filled with buckwheat hulls, which mold to the shape of your body, yet are resilient. In sitting meditation it supports cross legged or kneeling positions. It is also used for support in seated asana.

The cotton cover is zippered, so you can add or remove filling to customize your cushion, and it has a convenient handle.
